Yoon, Eung-ho: He is a new Korean American independence patriot in 2015.
He immigrated to Hawaii as a sugar plantation laborer in 1904. After he moved to San Francisco in 1906, he joined Korean National Association in 1911 and Hung Sa Dahn in 1913 with a badge number 15. He married a picture bride Kim, Do-yun in 1916. With his vegetable store, he contributed independence funds. His second Dr. Charles Yoon was a professor at the USC Dental School and a renowned orthodontist in the field. In 2015, South Korean government posthumously recognized Order of Merit of National Foundation / National Foundation Commendation for his contribution toward the Korean independence movement.
