Kim, Hyo-sook (2.11.1915 ~ 3.24.2003)
In 1990, the South Korean government recognized her with the Order of Merit of National Foundation / Patriotic People Award for her contribution toward the Korean independence movement by actively supporting the Korean liberation army in China with her father Kim, Boong-joon after she graduated from a Chinese school. She followed the Korean liberation army in 1944. After she came to America in 1978, she acted as an advisor for the March First woman’s association.
