Choi, Neung-ik: He was in charge of diplomatic business as a representative of Korean National Revolutionary Corps.
He immigrated to America in 1916 for Korean independence and to fight against Japan. In 1920, when Gen. Roh, Baik-lim opened an aviation school, he enrolled as a student. In 1941, he organized a volunteer corps to support the Chinese forces in China. In 1942, when the Korean Volunteer Corps merged into Korean Liberation Army, the name of the organization was changed to Korean National Revolutionary Corps to support the line by Kim, Wonbong in China. Later, he joined and supported the United Korean Committee in America. However, Syngman Rhee withdrew from this organization, the same group opened up its own diplomatic corps to do diplomatic business. In 1995, the South Korean government posthumously recognized him with the Order of Merit of National Foundation / Patriotic People Award for his contribution to the Korean independence movement.
