Chang, In-myung: He assumed the post of Chicago branch for Chosun Volunteers Committee.
He started his independence movement activities in Chicago interacting with Dosan Ahn Chang Ho by working as Shin Han Min Bo correspondent. He also served as a representative for the Korean National Association. From 1930 through 1949, he was active with Chosun Volunteers Committee. He became the chief of Korea Diplomacy Committee under the Korean Provisional Government in Shanghai in 1944. He donated numerous independence funds. His birth/death information is not available. In 2011, the South Korean government posthumously recognized him with the Order of Merit of National Foundation / Patriotic People Award for his community service for Korean independence movement.
