Chang, Byung-hoon: He was active as a pilot instructor at the Willow Flying Training School.
He was a member of Shin Heung Hak Woo Dan in China. He immigrated to America in May of 1919 and he was active in Youth Organization. He worked as a pilot instructor at Willows Korean Aviation Training Center after he graduated from Redwood Flight School. He worked with Korean National Association in Central California by providing continuous financial help. In 2014, the South Korean government posthumously recognized him with the Order of Merit of National Foundation / Patriotic People Award for his dedication to the Korean independence movement.
